The quality of files would differ due to factors such as

•  Bad quality of audio recording system

•  Improper attachment of mike

•  Very fast and accentuated speech.

•  Disturbance in the background

•  When the speaker's native language isn't English.

Considering these factors, our pricing and Turn-Around-Time for this transcription would vary based on quality. We can provide very competitive pricing upon verifying the audio quality and subject matter. In general, we charge anywhere between 50 to 60 USD per one of hour audio material (not one hour of labor) Also if you assure good volume of work regularly, we can work out a better pricing.

For audio files with high quality,

Billing

You will be billed for the length of the recorded tape you upload to us. We prefer to take advance payment of 50%. If the volume of work is not measurable in advance, then you can pay us token advance and adjust to final billing or at the end of project delivery.

Pay ment Details

We prefer to accept payment thru SWIFT Wire Transfer – for which we will provide our bank details after your confirmation of the order through email. Alternatively, we accept payment thru Credit Card payment system from our web site.

We can do a We can do a pilot transcription for about 10-15 minutes of recording. You can upload your sample recordings into our FTP once you agree with our pricing terms. We can get back to you with the transcript within 2-4 hours or at the most in the next working day.
