Dictations are submitted via tele-conference, web-casts, tapes, minidisks and digital handheld recorders.
You can send us your tapes by mails and couriers. We can arrange for local pickup and delivery. The cost is added to your invoice. Please send your tapes by messenger, FedEx or any secure courier service.
You can also send us audio or video files in digital format:
- By burning them on a CD; DVD
- By pointing to the web-cast links (we will download them as on scheduled)
- By attaching them to an e-mail (make sure that the records are not too big);
- By uploading them to our FTP server. This is the most suitable way and the FTP server is available 24 hours a day. Most Hand-held digital recorders support automatic FTP uploading facility.
- Additionally, we accept dictation over the phone via toll-free line that you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
