Thuriam provides radio transcription services, translation and captioning services for people, from individuals requiring one-time services to the world's leading companies.  We specialize in transcripts for the radio and television entertainment companies, working with each network and studio.  Whether you are a bank, Multi-level Corporation or just a private person with a small transcription need--if you can listen to it, we can transcribe it!  Each transcript has their own cross-referenced catalog.  We radio transcribed and translated over 20 audio and video tape formats.

Radio transcriptions require training and cleaning before they are set to be copied to CD or cassette. They were dumped like commercial records but they were not for trade to the general public. This was the way how syndicated radio shows were distributed in the days prior to tape. Many commercials, public service announcements, stock music libraries, government and specific programs still survive on this medium.

Our Radio Transcription Services:

Fundamental Listening: Cleaning and copying to the computer unit; setting basic equalization and dealing out the sound through the digital cleanup program; initial playing speed alteration, $ 100 per side.

Other Radio Transcription Services:

ENHANCED LISTENING: This includes removing many clicks and other non-program noises by hand editing that the digital program does not. Further hiss reduction, equalization and level adjustment is $ 25 to $ 75 per side..

REPAIRS: Making a nonstop program of a side broken up by repeating or skipped grooves, $ 15 to $ 75 per side, extra for those with excessive damage.

COPYING: Recording the CD and cassette copy from the restored signals, including assembling the selections into playing sequence is $ 30 for the first CD or cassette, $ 20 for each after that. A CD is capable of holding 14 or so 5 minute sides or 4 15 minute sides.

We provide the best Radio Transcription you ever seen!
